The High-quality Development of Magnesite-resistant Material and Its Application to the High-quality Development of the Magnesite Industry
On the morning of September 11, Han Guangqi, Liaoning Special Resources Industry Development Center, made a report on the current situation and high-quality development of Magnesite Industry in Liaoning Province at the summit forum of the 8th Liaoning (Anshan Haicheng) International Magnesium Material (New Material Achievement) Exposition, with detailed data.
At the meeting, Han Guangqi first outlined the current situation of magnesite in Liaoning Province. He pointed out that Liaoning Province is the concentration area of magnesite reserves of the Communist Party of China, with 2.5 billion tons of magnesite reserves, accounting for 85.8% of China's reserves and 20% of world reserves. Anshan reserves accounted for 86.3% of the province, and Haicheng accounts for 70% of Anshan reserves. The Magnesite Industry in Haicheng plays an important role in Liaoning Province. In recent years, the supply of magnesia refractories has also steadily increased. After the abolition of export quotas and tariffs by the state, the export of magnesia refractories in Liaoning Province has increased substantially. With the rapid development of magnesia refractory industry, there are also some problems that can not be ignored. Mr. Han Guangqi explained the problem in detail.
First of all, the problem of tight ore supply has not been solved, especially the continuous reduction of high-grade ores. Secondly, duplicate construction leads to overcapacity; the third time, export volume and export price decrease; the fourth problem of backward technology and equipment has not been solved, and the fifth pressure of energy saving and emission reduction is great; all kinds of problems make the transformation and upgrading of Magnesite Industry imperative.
For how to promote the high-quality development of Magnesite Industry in Liaoning Province, Han Guangqi also put forward his own views. Firstly, implement the industrial foundation reconstruction project to build a solid industrial foundation capacity; first, tract problems and guidance, integrate resources from all sides, and concentrate on tackling key problems. Secondly, we should guide the market to concentrate on the input of industrial chain elements to solve the supply problem of "distrust commerce downstream, and the upstream can not find downstream". Thirdly, we should improve the ability of independent innovation as the core.
Secondly, we should cultivate new functions of growth and realize the transformation of new and old functions. Professor Han proposed that the so-called new kinetic energy is the new kinetic energy that can bring incremental growth to Magnesite Industry compared with the previous sources of growth power. The strategic thinking of magnesia industry growth power structure combination is to reduce excessive dependence on foreign exports and actively participate in the "one belt and one road" project after demand adjustment. At the same time, expand domestic demand, research and develop new uses of magnesite resources, especially special magnesium functional materials with special uses, magnesium chemical materials, magnesium building materials, as the main driving force for the development of the industry.
Third, to achieve high efficiency and ensure stable growth as the general tone of future work, Professor Han mentioned that high-quality development of Magnesite Industry is to reflect the development of new development concepts, highlight high efficiency, adhere to the overall tone of steady progress, and promote sustainable and stable growth of magnesite industry.
Fourth, continue to carry out comprehensive management, give full play to regional advantages, promote the coordinated development of Liaoning Magnesite Industry and rational industrial layout, and continue to carry out comprehensive management of the province's magnesium industry, focusing on environmental control and ore regulation, and the province-wide linkage.
Fifth, we should strengthen the guidance of industrial policy, improve the access threshold, implement the 13th Five-Year Development Plan of Liaoning Magnesium Industry (Revision) and the Guiding Opinions on the Adjustment and Transformation and Upgrading of Liaoning Magnesium Industry Structure (Revision), and improve the industrial green by using the inverted mechanism of Liaoning Magnesium Refractories Industrial Pollutant Emission Standard Channel level.
